Conference Registration Form

Please complete the form below to register for the Conference.

The Conference costs £60 for three days (including lunch and refreshments). There are additional costs for overnight accommodation at the Conference Centre as follows:

Thursday night (if required) £44
ensuite extra £12
Friday & Saturday nights £90
ensuite extra £23.50
Sunday night (if required) £44
ensuite extra £12

If you are only coming during the day but want to join the evening meal on the Friday, you can do so for another £12.50.  An evening meal is not provided for day delegates on the Saturday.

We will require 50% of the total fee before July 1st and the remaining 50% before the start of the conference. Some or all of the 50% deposit may be forfeit if you cancel later than July 1st 2008.  Applications after July 1st will be billed for the full amount.

Ideally we would like you to pay by Paypal. We will send you a Paypal invoice with details of how to use this when we accept your booking. If you are not happy about paying online, please tell us and we will offer you alternative (but less convenient) methods of payment.
